3 mins is a long time, try for 1 min if you’re just
starting out and go from there.

Our infared sauna takes about 20 - 30 mins to warm up to 60degs,
flick it on halfway though your workout and
it’ll be ready to go when you finish
30mins is a pretty sweet time to feel
the benefits of recovery or go bananas
with a full 60mins

Kids of members under 18 train with them for free because thats the way it should be.
